of Bradford Woods, after attaining his 100th year, entered the gates of heaven on Saturday, March 5, 2022 while surrounded by his loving family. Dave was born in Bellevue and grew up in the North Side, the North Boroughs, and finally the North Suburbs. He was the husband of the late Mary (Needham); Loving father of David C. Rogers (the late Sally), Karen A. Morgan (the late Ralph), Michael P. Rogers, and Christine M. Florijan (William Puschaver); Proud grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 11. Dave is also survived by his beloved companion, Marie Raykovics; and preceded in death by his four sisters. Dave was a proud member of Ironworkers Local 3 for over 75 years. He was an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports. In his later years, he enjoyed making new friends, especially on his daily walks through Bradford Woods. Entombment will be held privately but a celebration of Dave’s life will be held at a later date.

So sorry for your loss. Apparently he was quite active throughout his senior years from what we hear and that was a blessing.
